Munnade Social Organisation conducted a one-day training program on June 16, 2019, regarding the Domestic Violence Act 2005. The event occurred at the TTT Institution and was attended by 30 workers from various garment factories. Mrs. Sumitra Archarya, an Advocate, served as the resource person. During the training, workers were educated about women’s rights, filing domestic violence cases, the significance of various acts, seeking assistance from the Karnataka State Women’s Commission, utilising workers’ Santhwaana Kendra services, and the importance of marriage registration.
