Thirty-three women workers acquired knowledge and skills in handling and documenting various cases through training. These cases included instances of domestic violence, sexual assault, and health issues, among others. They recognised the significance of following the correct procedures for case handling and maintaining accurate documentation. The training covered different forms of harassment—physical, verbal, and sexual—and provided guidance on addressing them in the workplace and at home. Additionally, the training covered practical approaches for seeking assistance from police stations, protection officers, NGOs, legal aid authorities, and courts.
