Munnade Social Organisation conducted a Provident Fund and Employee State Insurance training session on April 27, 2019. The session was attended by 35 women garment workers from different factories. Mr. Naganath, a former member of the State PF and ESI committee in Karnataka, served as the resource person for the event. During the training, workers were educated about the laws governing PF and ESI, the benefits of enrollment, the enrollment process, and how to resolve any issues they may encounter.
