Munnade Social Organisation convened a meeting of worker leaders at the Garments Labour Union Office, led by field activists Mr Raju and Mrs Aruna. Fifty-five worker leaders from different factories attended the meeting. During the meeting, workers raised various concerns prevalent in their factories, including unpaid salaries, issues related to provident funds and gratuity, excessive production targets, and overtime work without proper compensation. The field activists provided support by offering legal advice and educating the workers about their rights and labour laws.
