The formation of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) is a crucial initiative within Munnade Social Organisation. Recently, our SHG coordinator established a new group comprising 20 women garment workers from Storey Fashion, situated in Hosagudadahalli, Bangalore, Karnataka, India. In addition to setting up the SHG, Munnade will train its members on SHG accounting, the significance of savings, and how they can organise themselves to access their rights and entitlements.
