1. Acceptance of Terms
By donating through Munnade’s website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms may be updated from time to time, and your continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of Donations
All donations made to Munnade Social Organisation will be used solely for charitable purposes in line with the organisation’s mission — including programs that support women garment workers and their children.

3. Tax Exemption
Munnade is a registered nonprofit in India with valid 80G certification. Donations made by Indian citizens are eligible for tax exemptions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Donors will receive an official receipt via email.

4. Refund Policy
Donations once made are non-refundable, except in cases of a technical error or duplicate transaction. To request a correction, email us at munnadeblr@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Foreign Contributions
Munnade is FCRA-registered and eligible to receive donations from foreign individuals or entities. All international contributions will be reported in compliance with Indian laws.

6. Payment Security
We use secure third-party payment gateways for processing donations. Munnade does not store your debit/credit card details on its servers.
