Bhavya is a key member of Munnade Social Organisation, contributing to both child development and worker mobilisation efforts. As a Project Coordinator, she manages programmes for the children of garment workers, including care centres, tuition support, and educational activities. She also works closely with women garment workers, supporting them in accessing entitlements and strengthening their collective voice. Her dedication helps bridge the needs of both generations within the garment worker community. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies.
