Soukya provides a safe space for women to speak about stress, trauma, and personal challenges. Through professional counselling, Munnade addresses gender-based violence, workplace grievances, and reproductive health, ensuring emotional recovery and resilience.

Soukya promotes financial independence through SHGs that encourage savings, financial literacy, skill development, and small loans. These groups also foster community support and collective advocacy for fair wages and social security.

Soukya helps garment workers and their families access critical entitlements like pensions, ration cards, housing benefits, health insurance, and education scholarships ensuring economic security and dignity.

Training is provided on domestic violence, mental health, reproductive rights, and how to access and document legal protections. These sessions build confidence and assertiveness among workers.

Soukya builds community through regular area meetings and WhatsApp broadcasts that share information on rights, welfare schemes, emergency helplines, and encourage collective action.
