The training program was conducted at Jnanavahini School, Bengaluru as part of the APF Project.
Mr. Raghavendra was the resource person for the session. He explained the role of KSLSA in detail and shared information about legal aid, rights, and support services available for workers. He spoke in a simple way so that everyone could understand. Workers were encouraged to ask questions and clear their doubts during the session.Participation
More than 60 women garment workers took part in this awareness program. They actively listened, asked questions, and made good use of the opportunity to learn about their rights and the help available to them.Outcome
The workers now have better clarity about KSLSA benefits and how to access legal support when needed. The session helped build awareness and confidence among the participants.Conclusion
