Pooja Rao is a social impact leader with over 16 years of experience advancing large-scale philanthropy, systems change and institution-building across India. She has held senior leadership roles at organisations including Dasra, Project DEEP, and Enable India, working at the intersection of strategy, capital mobilisation, and multi-stakeholder partnerships with a strong focus on inclusion and strengthening public systems. She is a Chevening Gurukul Fellow at the University of Oxford, and holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and an MSc in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. Pooja is deeply committed to building systems that enable dignity, agency and opportunity for all.
